the PURCHASE button is NOT working. i cannot buy any of the new items today, no matter how many times i refresh. the button has been sporadically working since tuesday. usually a refesh will fix the matter, but NOT today. i've been trying since the new items were released earlier, and still now my only option is to "cancel" after decorating. it's not due to lag bc the cancel button cancels just fine.

there are 2 icons that disappeared from the Promotion Bar before their timers ran out! every gem event we get 2 red gem icons. one introduces the event and the other is the Free Room. this has a timer of 30 days on it. this room always stays for the 30 days and goes when the current gem event ends. this disappeared the other day when there was still 22 days left to claim the Free Room! also when we get a new theme we get an icon with 30% on it which shows the discount on a theme for the duration of the current theme and Vaulting themes if there is any. we also get an Icon with a Free Item. this time the free item is an Iceland Cape. both of these icons have a timer of either 1 or 2 weeks depending on how long the current theme runs. the Icon of the cape disappeared along with the red gem. this Free Cape still had 5 days left on the timer when it mistakingly went! the Free Item always stays until the timer runs out when the new theme starts. this Free Cape icon should still be on there until Monday 1st April! there is not much time left for this so can you please put these 2 icons back in the bar where they should be until their time runs out!

IDK if anyone from BVG ever checks this Thread, but... I really have an issue with the game. This game is Whacked!! :phew: I am so tired of using the Teleport arrows only to find yet another 'opps youve lost your connection' blah blah blah.. I cant go in a room where I have placed arrows with out this happening almost every time. Its like a sigh of relief when I can join someone w/o getting disconnected. I thought it may be Storlyine related, but since thats been dropped, still having this problem. My buddy list goes grey for no reason at all. These r the things that make this game very frustrating to actually enjoy. I love decorating, I like adding rooms modular and avenue and making my own homes that way, BUT jeesh... every time!! grrr... :grr Its getting old all these glitches we are faced with on a daily basis.
PLZ fix the Teleport Arrows to work properly.... :rose:

If u are trying to enter a room and that is happening? Yes, I am having the same. But if its just being in game for a short while, maybe decorating... or checking out stores or even Forum, and then yep... its another 'lost connection to server' issue... :phew:

Not sure what you have done to the game today but I can not follow friends from buddy list and that's when I can get on. Every night about 8pm est the server starts kicking. The chat is barely working and we can't change rooms. I've cleaned out cookies/cache so please don't leave a suggestion to do that it's been done. This is why people are leaving this game for others because of the constant issues we run into every time you try to update or "fix " the game it only ends up be worse. So how long this time until we can play the game without issues? or what excuse are we gonna hear?


It would be nice to get some coins /cash for our troubles please don't give out another useless handheld.

I've had it, I went to visit a friend i could not move I was invisible. Then I couldn't move left there went to the tower was frozen in a wall, your game is a HEEP OF smelling junk!!! AT BEST.
