Aye! :grr :grr :grr And they won't/can't fix the leaks on their end, not that Zynga ever did either.

Being here isn't supposed to be stressful or upsetting or fraught with disappointment - being here is what we do to get away from such things.

I still have some patience left, but I'm not sure how much and for how long.

I'm getting very, very fed up with BVG as of late. Issue after issue is left to sit there, unfixed.

All very true. I def wish they would be more forthcoming with information re all of the issues, et al. I am fed up with it as much as everyone else! I'm just wondering if they're floundering as a company so they keep coming up with new ways to suck YC out of us but it is not stemming the flood.
I do know that they will be losing more and more of their fan base so it will become a self-fulfilling prophecy.

*nods*

I deliberately avoided the 'Apology' thread because folks were still getting white screen issues etc at the time that thread appeared. I found the 'We're sorry about that - all fixed now, enjoy your freebie' nature of it pretty disingenuous tbh.

I don't need free toys. I need them to sort out the performance issues properly so the game is playable for everyone.

to be fair.. that inflated millions of likes came from coin sellers as well. some people had 100's if not 1000s of accounts... coin farmers was the more well known term.. selling coin on the "black market" was their actual profession. the game has lost a lot of players over the years but dont let that number fool you.. i personally had a friend that that had a minimum of 100 accounts.. she sold coins and items on ebay... needless to say we were no longer friends after i found out. she was also a very well known "generous" forumer. a wolf in sheeps clothing so to speak.

i do feel the game is at a crossroads at the moment though... hopefully they choose the best turn.

It seems like posts like this happen once a week. I think the game will be fine for a little while yet, but some things need changing

Good for them if they are successful because that's some serious $, but It's hard to trust anyone on this game with REAL money.

Most likely just a rough patch and slow work pace in getting things done or underestimating the impact of recent changes. I won't worry about the game just yet there are plenty of signs that they have no plans to take it down anytime soon, things like the Yo Desktop App reinforces my belief that they are investing in this game still, the Vikings I talk to say they never ever heard or discuss closing the game and they plan to keep it up and running for a very long time, i just think they need a pinch in the butt cheek to get down to business and actually fix stuff because the players have every right to be very angry especially those who pay real life money to buy their Yo Cash i always multiply their anger x10 times mine.
