good evening, I do not have internet on the phone and I can also use the internet to play yoworld on an old computer of 2009 where I can not download gameroom, messenger and other applications. I do not have a permanent job to buy a computer or a phone where I can download applications. as long as I can I continue to play yoworld on my old home computer. :bye: io non ho internet sul telefono e posso usare internet anche per giocare a yoworld su un vecchio computer del 2009 dove non posso scaricare gameroom,messenger e altre applicazioni. non ho un lavoro fisso per comprare un computer o un telefono dove posso scaricare applicazioni. finche posso continuo a giocare a yoworld sul mio vecchio computer di casa. :)

I can NOT come to the community through my app to report anything also I just bought 6 flowing Japanese hairs 2 red and 4 FOUR plat. blondes that is ridiculous. So done with these mystery boxes! Please do something to fix this issue in the app and with my mystery boxes as well. I'm at my witts end and about to drop my Vip etc and spending another dime on this game. Rares 3 times my foot! Only reason I was even able to come in and post here is because I went through my Facebook page and kept hitting no download. Not cool. :wailing: :wailing: :wailing: :wailing: :wailing:

Why don't you fix the clitch that will not allow users to access furniture, depot or the clothing stores unless they download an app

Can you explain a little further, Ripley? All YoFans should be able to access our stores, regardless of how they're playing. If you could let us know what happens when you try to open them, we'd be happy to look into this for you!

I haven't been able to shop for almost 2 weeks. I click Edit, then Furniture.... and nothing, the little dial just spins and spins. An hour ago, I downloaded the desk app. It won't open for me. No idea what's going on.....

This looks like it could be a cache problem, have you tried doing a cache reset from your browser settings? You can also use a software called Ccleaner to do it in a more efficient way. When this kind of error happens it's better to try a completely new browser and see if you can reproduce the same issue or not.

I agree Nick. Ccleaner is the first thing I try and then I use several different browsers and then change devices and if all else fails to trouble shoot an issue I go to my daughters and try all the above at her house on her computer. :) If none of that solves an issue then I send in a ticket. I prefer to run through all the things they're going to ask me to do ahead of time to save time.

STOP SHOVING THE DOWNLOAD IN OUR FACES!!! People have the option to download, so they can. We don't need it SHOVED at us every time we log on! "ARE YOU SURE"???? RIDICULOUS!! I do NOT want to download it. So stop forcing it on me.

When I tried to get the Desktop App it said I couldn't have it because my computer has Windows xp so I can't get all those gifts you are giving people that has the desktop app. I am not buying a new computer so what is going to happen for players like me ?

So they forcing players to buy a new computer to take part of the calendar prizes...

So they refuse to bring a new designed app for mobile users, so players can’t play YoWorld on their mobile phones and tablets when flash ends...

This will drive players to quit this game soon or later...

When companies ever going to learn to listen to players more, we are the players who play this game and we got some rights to play too.

I hate to b complaining again, but it appears that the work you are doing to fix the problems we have of no items showing up in inventory and terrible lag times and freezing the game. We are getting the calendar again, and I am happy about that. Can something be done to fix the other problems? It takes a looong time to do things in the game and I am getting very frustrated. :grr :sad: :wailing:

ok really?

this is got to be as useless as some of the furniture, you're still connected to facebook, therefore, your just taking more resources for your so-called "desktop app" whats actually different? ....another window?

so here's a question :idea: , for all the $$$$ money we spend here and are dissatisfied :grr :shocked: how about we get refunds for ALL the money we've spent since yoworld took over? is that possible?

i'd really like to know cuz it's really not worth it anymore, not as fun, can't deco like we used to can't do chit on a chingle anymore ya know? :smug: :sick:

Ripley, I am also having the same issue. I've sent screen shots to the helpdesk. The desktop app is very laggy and terrible when trying to purchase anything. Today I logged in the regular way and enabled flash just to see if I would experience the same issue and I did. Today I had to log out and in five times before I could purchase my items through the clothing store. I would get the notification that I had purchased the item but then it would not show up in my inventory. Finally after the last log in I was able to purchase my items and them show up in my inventory. BVG has said to me they are working on the issue.
