I see and hear thanking the Vikings for the bonus for vip but I didnt get mine.

I did not get my bonus either, something isnt right on that. I saw others thanking also. Where were we supposed to receive the bonus yocash? Click a link via email?

Thank you for the update, I received my subscriber grant this month on the 14th, instead of the usual 15th, of the previous months. Now with the reset I will receive it in 26 days, and 3 hours. Good Luck to those of you who didn't get your subscriber grant this month, I hope BVG can remedy that.

I am totally confused, I've never changed but It looks like it changed and it wasn't me. I would not be happy with yoworld.com at all. I think I was changed because I just had my 200 yocash and coins just the other day and I got it again! It's too soon!! !How do I know if I was changed and if I am I want it back! Please advise thank you!!!!

The YoCash grant was only given to players that signed up for YoWorld.com's VIP but continued to make purchases on Facebook, resulting in them not getting their bonus YoCash for being a VIP member.

If you made all your purchases on YoWorld.com, you would have received the correct amount of YoCash from them already.

TBH - I'm seriously considering not renewing my subscription.

I don't like this new way of getting YoCash and coins on a monthly basis as we all end up losing out (with four week months there are 13 in a year, but we'll only receive 12 payment of YoCash & coins) I much preferred getting my YoCash and coins on a weekly basis.

Also, VIP membership aside, I'm fed up of everything taking so long to do/upload since the change over to HTTPS! For example, when decorating, I find that to put items back into my inventory it takes an age! I've since found out that it is quicker to return objects to my inventory if I open up one of the stores!

Please sort out the glitches and make it worth playing the game even better than it is. If it's sorted out within the next month or so I will continue with my membership.

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. The old VIP program has not gone anywhere, and people are free to continue using it on Facebook. However, it costs more and gives less value for your money.

I AM a paying VIP member but still the old way. I dó play the App, the only thing I didn't change yet is my VIP membership because I prefer to pay via Paypal. However now I don't get any discount on homes at all, which isn't really fair since I still am VIP. When I complained about it, I was told in a reply that it was because I play via FB. That's not true, I dó play the App, the only thing that still goes via FB and PP is the payment for the old VIP membership.
Why didn't you consider this with all the changes? I don't think it's fair at all I don't get any discount while I've been a VIP member for a long time.

The beginning suggests the first of the month, although I realize there is some leeway what with holidays and weekends. I'm assuming that's why my timer on my package says I receive coins and cash in 2 days. Because you're not there on weekends and have this Monday off for Canada Day.

Can't add a gift card when you have a VIP memebership? I tried to cancel just to use and that didn't work. I have no means to add money onto VIP and it experies in August. Do I have to wait til then. I conacted the Visa Gift Card support and she acted like I was annoying her and I heard kids crying in the background. She didn't offer any help whatsoever. Just said you have a subscription that's the probelm. I asked her to clear out my giftcards on this account that don't have any balance that worked before. She said that wasn't her job and could I disconnect the call? I got a reloadable giftcard, same thing.

I'm just going to play another game until this gets fixed. I've tried every avenue and it's frustrating. I have money on gift cards and can't use them but I have 17.99 membership. That doesn't make any sense.

So the game I've enjoyed for decades, even wrote a Postcard from Disney World a really fancy one.... I can't get any help. I've supported a ticket and get the run around. So I'm off to another game until you can fix it. I have 5 yo cash left and 300k. That's it. I'd like to buy yocash, but I can't. I guess I have to sell my items that I love, but I shouldn't be forced to do this so I am going to Taogna which I'm having the same problem, but at least I do get gems for a bit. Please fix this.

It's been more than 3 weeks, and the issues are still present. I find it hard to believe that such intelligent people are unable to correct the glitches. With that said, I will not be renewing my VIP.
