Loging into an account the new way!

My sister is trying to log into the new app, but cannot. When she went to link her email, she used the one connected to her profile without thinking she didnt have access to it. She changed her facebook email, but its not giving her any way to change the email that she tried linking to her yw. She doesnt have access to the email she already linked to the game to verify it, so how would she go about changing it to the current one she has now?

I also want to know my friend can not migrate their account because they do not have access to their old email
