Have you tried clearing your browser cache? This might fix the issue.

Yes, I have cleared my cache and I still can't open the chest in the Blood Moon Event. It is so frustrating trying to play this game!

Sorry to read that rose, if you haven't already try accessing the game thru a different browser than the one you are using and check if that makes a difference.

If it doesn't please submit a ticket using the help button above the game screen and the Player Support Team will take a look and see what is happening on your account. :hug:
