Stop already with the prescription medication video ads! I answered once that I do NOT have diabetes and all I've gotten since then is ads for diabetes medication. That was several days ago now. Same 2 ads for days on end! If I click report, I then get ads for RA medication that says complete offer to get 1 reward. If I click on the ad, it takes me to some other web page. I'm NOT giving my personal information on some other web page. There is not even a report button for me to click on for this. I have to refresh. When I do, guess what? I get the diabetes ads AGAIN! This is BEYOND annoying! Why can we not just get 10 different, random ads that play, without surveys, without asking us for personal info and that aren't for prescription medications (we see enough of this on TV and in magazines already)?

I haven't been able to get anything but the survey from trueX (a data mining and selling organization, that tracks your online activity and shares it with companies that you don't know or have accountability to anyone) to load since the $1 cash rewards started. At first I could opt out and just not get ads. Now that fake survey popup won't go away unless I reload. I've contacted Cust Service repeatedly over the last several weeks, and it's just gotten worse.

Having the same issue with the medication video for days now, and I sent a ticket. Today it was also happening with a video about a dog. No report button and can't get the rewards.

Oh, dear, I guess I have to join players who have issues with adds! Well, to add to the list of complaints, I am not able to get add rewards as of two days ago. So, (always that one same) add can be played, but after it is done I cannot get a reward any more. Therefore, bye-bye to 1 daily Yocash and a bunch of coins for me. I did send a ticket to BV's, but reading through all the messages here I guess nothing will be fixed, or I will not even get a respond about it. Oh, well...

Some of the videos don't give reward One in particular is a drug called Omulant (spelling?). It makes it impossible to report it too.

What's with the spam ads from P&G ?? I refuse to sign to get my email spammed just for 1 freakin' reward?? I can't get passed it. Support says "it's a great offer" and I should sign up...

How can I get passed... Support obviously is no help...

The same ads are still an issue. No rewards and can't report. The ads as stated before are the RA Med/Omulent (not sure of the spelling) and the Walmart ad for pet food. I get them a bunch of times in a row and it's frustrating.

I am not interested in some medical video ads where I have to complete an offer to get my reward. I will watch a video ad, that's it. Please remove the ones asking me to complete an offer. Not appropriate.

agreed! I might be "older" but I'm tired of the statin video over and over and over. I used to get the games/car/computer ads, but no more. We need a variety and not one that we have to click their offer. I don't mind clicking around the video to prove I'm watching.

There's a Publix ad that you are supposed to watch for a reward. You exit out & it SOMETIMES takes you to another ad. so you get to watch 3 & 4 ads sometimes to get a payout. I sent a ticket in and was told since the payouts come from another entity, the best BVG can do is investigate...I got the lame explanation that since sometimes there are a lot of people claiming ad bonuses at the same time, that the payout is sometimes delayed...ummm...no. Not in my experience. I checked my payouts this am. Then I had the privilege of watching 6 videos to get 1 payout of 3190 coins. You never get anything from the Publix ad, just one of the subsequent ads...if you're lucky...

I'm not complaining as to what I see, but how many we get. We don't get jack anymore for ads. Barely 10 on my end if I'm lucky.
