YW just keeps REFRESHING in any browser I try!

HELP HELP and HELP again...
YoWorld will NOT open in any of my browsers..(not in Chrome, Explorer, or Edge).
It keeps refreshing.. Is this another glitche that won't be addressed ? or maybe will be addressed in 6 months or what..
Talk to me.. please.. Keep me informed.. WHAT has happened.. and what you going to do about.. it and when.. ?

I'm not pretending to be an expert, but I am the IT person for my day job. I'm going to go out on a limb here and try and help you. It sounds like you MIGHT have malware.

First, make sure your browser is updated.

I would suggest you then download two programs (they each miss some things the other finds) - Malwarebytes and Avast. Both are free. I would run Avast first and then run Malwarebytes. Then restart your computer.

After you've done that, uninstall YoWorld. Then restart your computer again. Then reinstall YoWorld.

If you've already tried this and it hasn't worked, I'll have to think about that. At that point, maybe someone else can chime in?

I contacted Dell. No way is it the computer! Other Flash games load via Chrome just not YoWorld. Why is it ALWAYS yoworld.



READ what Dell technicians state! It is not my computer but an issue on your end BVG!

Well that's good news! You're certainly further on your way to finding a solution.

Another suggestion you can try - you might want to check the settings on your firewall or anti-virus software. You may have inadvertently blocked the program - or your firewall won't let it through.

If you play with the downloaded game, I would still suggest that you uninstall the game, clear your cache and then reinstall it.

Dell Technical support just did everything for me. It IS NOT my laptop, but thanks much for the suggestions.. We've done what we could on my end!
Fact is, other Flash games run perfectly on my browser while YoWorld does not.

I would never block my anti-virus for this or any game or anyone or anything, not ever, the end, period over and out, double period, explanation point,10 times, putting bag over my head and head phones on with loud music, jumping up and down, running around in circles screaming 'warning, 'warning.

yea , I JUST LOGGED IN YW AND ALMOST 20 SECONDS LATER IT SAID "YOUR SERVER CONNECTION IS LOST" WHAT IS GOING ON !!!! pls fix this thing up
