chest problem

chest problem

I have yellow chest and key in my inventory, but when I try to open the chest it says I do not have a pink key...what is going on?

The game is glitchy as heck. You could put in a ticket, but I would just try again tomorrow. Things suddenly break and work often around here.
If anything I say could be taken "the wrong way", I meant it the other way.
