The Fisher King is amazing
a yuppie (robin wms ) is in a restaurant with his wife
A Radio personality (Jeff Bridges) goes on a rant saying all yuppie scum must die
A vigilante takes that as a message and open fires in a restaurant killing wms wife and leaving wms a broken soul living homeless and seeking the holy grail
Bridges becomes a recluse alcoholic and eventually mets wms realizes who he is and decides he needs to heal Wms in order to heal himself
Terry Gilliam film Ive watched it some 12 or so times

Sounds good. I'll see if I can find it in this world of streaming movies.
Bloody hell I miss video stores.

I just saw Jupiter Ascending for the 3rd time and it is starting to grow on me. I thought it was a mess the first time I saw it. But I watched it again later on and started to see better dialogue and plot that I missed the first time through. So I watched it with a critical eye this third round and low and behold, the intricacies of this sci-fi spectacle started to shine. It is still largely panned by critics and many sci fi fans, but it does what movies are supposed to do - entertain.
