Has anyone read a really good book and you want to share it? or what is the last book you have read that you enjoyed..

I need something new to read..

my last book "French Exit" Patrick deWitt.

It had a little bit of something for everyone dark but really funny! sad but twisted! I enjoyed it so much.

Astrophysics for People in a Hurry is the last book I read (digital version)

Although it falls right into my major I learned so much from it, anyone can too because he simplified all the things that most people phase out when they start hearing or reading about the Universe. Neil deGrasse Tyson is a great speaker and knows how to translate complex information to a more understandable language.

I have that on my Kindle and I kept pushing it away because I'm afraid of it lol. I remember reading you were studying something heavy like that. It seemed interesting enough though. I will definitely consider giving it a try now that you sold me on that! I've seen some of his Ted talks and he knows his stuff. Thanks!

I balance it out by reading a non-fiction and fiction. The last non-fiction was "Gun Germs and Steel" by Jared Diamond. Really good read but a but definitely not light reading :)

Most of the things I read are from research journals and peer-reviewed articles along with the news, so I almost never read much for pleasure these days. However, I am reading the Goldfinch because of the movie trailer that came out a few weeks back, and I'm liking it a lot! I'm interested to see what happens.

Richy! That one was really good. I loved it. It's one of those books that really don't need to be that long tho. The end seems to drag but I read it a few years ago and am happy to hear they're coming out with a movie for it! It hit close to home because I was in the middle of 9/11 when It happened and saw too much. Too much. I still have PTSD from it but other than that It was worth the Pulitzer in my opinion. I hope you continue to enjoy it. I read research journals and peer-reviewed articles also. Not all the time but some of the time. :) :star: :star:

I absolutely loved THE REMEDY. It’s a series! I also remember reading another book about a dystopian society where love was illegal (sadly can’t remember the title), that book was amazing too!

Living in the Light: A Guide to Personal and Planetary Transformation is a book i've been reading on my tablet before bedtime, it's a very interesting book that was written by Shatki Gawain. If you're in the process of soul searching and finding your inner peace or place in the universe this book will do you so well.

On a not so distant note, what captures your attention most, audio, digital or textbooks? I'm interested to know because i'm considering switching to audio books.
