A Special Present for Clowny

Howdy, folks!

Not long back, I received a very special present from Mrs. Cad. She got me some truly AWESOME Pennywise merch! Tim Curry as Pennywise is my all time favorite clown. I have nothing against Bill Skarsgard as the new Pennywise, but he's certainly not my favorite. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE these wonderful items and shall cherish them forever!

I wrote my senior thesis in high school on the book. The concept of fear as a vector for altering our reality is more terrifying because it is true. And in no other book I've read has fear been weaponized like it was in IT. I absolutely loved the first movie, and I love the current one as well. Tim Curry will always be brilliant for his wide range of roles, but he is always Pennywise in my head. He brought the terror to life and gave the character the madness, hunger, and menace. There is no more consummate evil than one that feeds off of our own weaknesses. Not even Lord Vader nor Ledger's Joker hold up to Pennywise to me.

Those are some truly fun toys. You must thank your lady properly.

That book will always have a special place in my heart. You've very accurately as well as eloquently summarized my thoughts exactly regarding that masterpiece. I'm also sure that you nailed your thesis! I couldn't agree more about Tim Curry as well. He'll always be one of my all-time favorite actors and certainly my favorite Pennywise.
