I've seen a few restaurants with ChiliMac on their menus, so I decided to try my own version. I cannot convey just how flavorful and tasty this is. And it is perfect with corn chips. I'd serve it to the Queen.

Aside: Chili with Mac and Cheese? Why do I see peas and carrots?

My mac n cheese recipe has peas in it. It's the way I make it.

What you see as carrots are diced red bell peppers from my chili. They are stewed into the chili sauce which has to be dry because of how it's being used as the base layer in the dish.

Garlic butter ribeyes and baked taters tonight. And yeah, more peas. I love peas. Come on by and grab a plate. LOL

I made an egg mcmuffin using a small container-like cream cheese or margaine bowl-added the egg cooked it in microwave-it turned out great!! and yeah eggs aint just fer breakfast anymore
