hi guys

I change my cell phone and now i can t access my yoworld game....it asked me to write my id but i can t access it.....i wrote to support and i sent some id pic.....but been a week now and i didn t have any come back from you....did i did it ok

Your Player ID is here on the game..in parentheses under your avatar. Send this ID and your information to [email protected].

You will need to send a ticket to the support team for this. Send them a direct email to: [email protected]

Include your player ID number (in parentheses under your avatar here on forum) and put No Game Access in the subject line, so they know which Viking to direct your issue to. Give them as many details about your issue that you can provide.

Beware of [redacted] Is real name he has hacked into my friends ccount and is now messing with me please bvg can you get him off my account n block him wvwerything has been reported and still no resolution something must be done before he takes someone elses account and strips them of all their game n facebook again

I have a question Why can't you use googleplay in the YoWorld app?. If you can how do I go about using the app to purchase in YoWorld?

i have done all the security things and still would like u to move this avi off my account he has been banned for life so therefore I cant do it name is N3LI0SxTMG he still shows up on my free gifts list therefore can u please remove him he has been banned from game for life n being investigated tired of him stealing my coins n scamming n hacked into me now I have been patient ans nice my patience is wearing thin so other option s too loos my money and quit the game why cant you all bvg take care of this issue I know you can give one morw week or imquiting n getting rid of all u can loos my support in keeping this game going period after that if this matter is not resolved thank you

I am asking you to remove this N3LI0SxTMG off my bl and free gift list bvg is only one who can as he is stealing from me and hacked into my account now I was told he was banned for life so if so how is it he still is taking from me please get him off my free gift list n bl I want him blocked as it is causing me to much stress in real an im about to just quit supporting bvg and quit n leave permanately if not reslved this month

This is an issue that cannot be resolved from the forum. You need to send a ticket directly to the team using the HELP tab above your game screen.

Having said that...for this player to be stealing from you he must have access to your game account, ie. he has your Facebook password. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY. ENABLE ALL SECURITY PROTOCOLS ON YOUR FACEBOOK ACCOUNT AND ENABLE LOCK CODE ON YOUR GAME. If you have all these things enabled, accessing your account is almost impossible.

Please protect your account. And contact BVG.

If you can access the game, the HELP tab is above your screen next to the 'Buy Yocash' button. If you cannot get into the game, you can send your ticket to the support team using their email: [email protected].
