Question about inactivity.

Hoping someone might be able to help/answer. My mom is a regular player but was diagnosed with cancer recently she's starting treatment as of today and wont be able to play for queit awhile. She's put a lot of work into her account and I'm worried she might lose her account if it's inactive for too long. Does anyone know if there is a time period to when accounts get closed to being innactive. If that is a thing? Thanks for the help.

Hi ya...so sorry to hear about your Mom sending good vibes...I do not think there is an inactivity rule I may be wrong but there have been alot of players coming back after x amount of years. Could you maybe sign in for her say every few days in case? I hope someone can clarify this to be 100 sure....Good luck

There's none. I returned after 2, 3, and even 4 years... If there's a longer period rule, I am not aware of it. Best of luck to your mom, I hope she heals soon xoxo

I've returned after a few years but good to know about account inactivity.
