How to add pictures to brass frames

I have forgotten how to add my pictures to the brass frames. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I did do one tonight but when using another frame I was unable to add to the frame. I need your help, please. Thank you very much.

I think mine are broken because the other day I noticed all of my frames were empty and when I tried to add a new picture it wouldn't even fetch the images so I could add one.

I, also am wondering how to add pics to brass frames. I have never done this and this topic hasn't been answered yet
