I still get the grey screen of death when I attempt to vote in the Gem game. I stopped playing the game for two months, hoping it'd be resolved but so far it isn't. I'm able to do everything else in the game. It's a waste of coins and/or cash to participate in the Gem challenge if everyone who participates isn't able to vote. It messes up the vote result.

The game keeps freezing up on me. I can't take anything out of my inventory or put anything in it. I can't buy anything because it locks up every few seconds. Also, after freezing up over and over eventually an error pops up and forces me to reload the game and none of my decorating is saved so I have to start over if/when I can get back in the game. It's become impossible to play this game now. SO frustrating!

Can't move to events, or to visit friends. Has been happening for weeks now. Can go to factory and gem events though. Using firefox as browser, was using desktop app till it stopped working.

I have cleared cache etc and tried refreshing.Submitting from the report box does not work either. It freezes and takes around 10 minutes just typing basics in the box. Wont up load at all once I load image

See in the image, their is an odd strip across it once the refresh request comes up

It's been almost 3 mos. and I still cannot access the World Map or play the daily challenge game for it does not download.....When will these issues be fixed...

Same here, I have not been able to play for months, can't go anywhere in game, can't purchase anything, or even decorate. Constantly getting told to refresh or that there is a problem with my firewall. Using firefox...was hoping to find an answer here but it appears most postings are being completely ignored. Has a moderator even addressed what is going on with Yo and given a time frame for when these issues will be addressed?

yes, i'm having the same problem this morning. Also i noticed for the last few days iI was continually getting Kicked by the game and had to RF to get back on.

I tried everything you suggested and nothing has worked. The game is still very slow, freezes so bad I have to refresh and I seem to can't keep my avatar dressed at all. It's very hard to play and enjoy the game sadly. I do hope these issues gets fixed soon so we all can play and enjoy the game like old times.

I have been with this game when it first started as YoVille. I have always copied and pasted my greetings. I haven't been able to do that since this last change. I have reported it several times and was told that it was being fixed but I still can't. I'm 73 and it saves my hands from having to type all the time. Please fix this. Don't tell me to delete and redownload, I have done that 4 or 5 times now. Thank you!

I don't understand why in the beginning of this month, May, I had a few minor glitches and since then, I can barely play the game due to the loading issues......?!! I've never seen the game lag and freezes so badly than right now. It takes me 3 times the normal amount of time to do anything. What did Viking do in the past 2 weeks that made the game so bad that I can hardly play it? I play the Desktop App and whatever you did, you really messed up and need to fix it.... like yesterday. I have to add that I, as well as quite a few others, see the greed that YW is doing with these random flash sales yet, the game is barely running due to whoever is trying to fix it. Ethically, don't be asking for more money from players when you don't deliver. It's been months and the game is still fried. DO SOMETHING. :grr
