I have noticed that each time I decorate my room, there's always a particular item missing from my inventory. It's so frustrating that when I need to locate those items, I could not find them anymore!

It's been a little more than 24hrs since the last ones I claimed so they should be available.
*I didn't go through them multi-times to exhaust them yesterday.

Overlay screen just comes up as a blank grey slate with this notice at top:
"We are all out of offers. Please check back later for more."
* There is no x button to close overlay window

Using Desktop app, not browser.
Refreshing doesn't do anything to help.

Tried for the last 8 minutes of gem challenge to make an outfit to submit and it was so laggy I couldn't even open inventory much less put an outfit together, then last few seconds was able to dress my character but then couldn't submit as time had run out.

I still cannot connect my homes to 2 of the YoCash avenues I purchased. I paid real money for the YoCash & feel I should be refunded for not being able to use the 2 avenues for what they were meant to do...link properties together. I've brought it to their attention for a week now & nothing has been done with this issue. Until it is fixed, YoWorld won't get another dollar of my real money. Looking for another game that has less issues.

My furniture loads but my clothing does not. It was working fine a few hours ago. I tried several times and waited 5 minutes each and no clothing loaded.

I am very frustrated and disappointed as I have not been able to access my account for the last 3 days. I couldn't use the download because it is for PC that runs on Windows, because I have a Chromebook. Trying the link for streaming on flash player free version of YoWorld and I am stuck in limbo. All I get is the occasional flicker of a wheel and trying to connect with the server. Please help so I can get back to my wonderful YoWorld friends and family. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your help.

about the streaming, it works for me, old desk pc win 8.1, firfefox adn chrome, for chrome, I needed to delet the YoWorld Flash Helper

the only thing : no ads, all others things work well

I can use yw app on my laptop 64 bits, the old pc is 32 bits, so now, I have ads
