I've been receiving the white screen everyone is talking about for about a week now. Did all the proper maintenance. I have quite a few laptops and I understand YoWorld not loading on the older ones but this is happening with my win 10 machine using Edge. Everything is up to date. It will only load from the newest version of Chrome but I know that is temporary. I've been watching each browser drop YoWorld one by one for about a week now. What changes were issued last week and can you do a rollback?

I cannot move the furniture in the "New" Summer Cottage Home, nor can I sit on the Sectional. I've tried everything, including taking everything out, snapping a photo of the setup, then replacing it back, now what?????

I use the Desktop version of the game while playing. I finished the survey and when I clicked on the Bug Net it opened another window, Flash wouldn't work until I downloaded the extension for Flash and add it to my Chrome. It works great now, but didn't get the butterfly net. Is there some way to fix it so that others don't have the same problem? Maybe way it to where you can get the gift at the end of the survey without having to open another window? Thanks for your time! And the great stuff! <3

So, why is it when I open my inventory, it no longer tells me where everything is. This just happened overnight? Not to mention I'm missing so much furniture, what is going on???????????/

Hi,
I'm having trouble with submitting entry for the gem event. Once I hit the submit tab after decorating the room, the game freezes. Have not been able to submit the last decor challenge :(

Same here reported on here last night. I can't even buy from the VIP store or send a ticket or pop the pig. Uninstalled to reinstall. Can't find the link to install again. Please fix!! :wailing: This sucks!!

Hello fellow yovillians. I have returned to the game after a while and seem to be having an issue with the whiteboards/paintboards. I'm not sure if something has changed but I can't seem to edit the ones I have. I'm trying to set the background colour to black out an area in my room, but once I add it to the room and save it I can't get the editing screen/menu up. Am I missing something?

P. S I did read a post on here back in Feb 2018 about them banning the boards for a while due to unauthorised tweaks and hacks (I am not guilty of using these tweaks myself but waaay back in 08 I have purchased a few). I wonder and hope this doesn't/hasn't affected my game play. Please help, not sure if this is a bug or not.

Having issue sending out gifts today...…

They won't send, just sit there saying "Sending please wait" and nothing happens. You have to log back out and then back in to get into the game again. its like it freezes. you can't hit cancel or the x button to get out of the sending popup,

please look into this and thanks!

Zoey, if the buttons on your game are 'greyed out', try clearing your computer cache and rebooting. Or try a different browser. If these fixes don't work, you can send the staff a direct email to [email protected]
