I submitted my balcony decorating challenge with over 2 minutes to spare. It took forever to log the purchases, and then insisted on posting the level up notices, and didn't submit my entry. Now I don't get the 100 jewel entry bonus, or entered in the voting, and it completely screws up my storyline progression. My coin log show all the things I purchased.

I WANT MY ENTRY SUBMITTED! It's not fair that your servers have so much lag, and that they don't prioritize the entry submission over level up notices.

Have reported this three times, they send ticket and tell me to post here.
Scam:
2x LEVEL UP for 5 days...Cost: $12 YOCASH
In reality it is 2 days, and only up to 2500 per 24 hours.

I have reported this all 3 times I have had this issue. No one gets back after the ticket. Lesson learned on my part, but buyer beware.

I've reported this several times. Why is it YOUR game kicks me and then I can't get back on and you send me a message saying it's something with my settings or firewall? I am literally being kicked off and not changing any settings so why don't you take the time to fix this issue so it don't continue to happen. You take hours for maintenance and the game runs worse then before you started. AND YOU NEVER SEEM TO ANSWER ANY OF THE PROBLEMS SO WHY DO WE BOTHER REPORTING THE ISSUES?

i've been trying to get into the game for 20 minutes, the gameroom doesn't work and the browser doesn't work either. after the challenge starts, the page doesn't stop loading, nice. :grr it's really fun to look forward to a game and then find out that nothing works and just in time for the weekend, when you finally have time to play. :quiet:

and yes, the standard tips I have all done long ago . you can't do the challenge, loses the bonuses for the next days, but hey, i can still buy diamonds for money, nice alternatives :cold:

And yet again go to refresh and now I can't get back onto the game. It tries to load then says can't connect to server because of my setting that of course I didn't change. Every weekend and late nights this happens. You really are trying to chase people away from this game and I'd say you are doing a great job sending them to second life and imvu. Keep up the good work and you should be able to shut down the game real soon because everyone will be else where playing games that actually work. I know there won't be a reply because there never is

I don't know why I bother to keep reporting this issue since i never get a reply and it never gets fix. I've cleaned out my cookies/cache' and still can't connect to the game. It kicked me right in the midde of doing something and now keeps saying I changed my settings when I changed nothing. Do you think you can take some time from adding this to the game and try to fix the actual issues we are having over and over again.

Hi, I can't seem to make a purchase in game of any sort today. I tried to purchase items in edit,from the store, the gem events & even the promotion tabs but to no avail. Is anyone else having the same issue?

I had the same Problem today.I tried about 4 times and i couldnt get it, it kept saying unvalid or invalid side i forgot the right word,dont even know what it means.Ugh and now the deal :sad: is going.

CM: This is a server issue. Have you cleared cache? Multiple refreshes will get you to connect to an active server and it will resolve itself.
