Everyone is having the same issues... can't buy anything... can't gift anything... can't get in AH... the Help key is not working... I'm not exactly sure what is going on but it's with everyone... the only thing I was able to do in the game was chat with friends and explore YoWorld... I saw others in Vinney's Dinner talking about how they can't buy anything so I explained to them that everyone is having the same issues, that it's posted all over the Forums and they thanked me for letting them know... I hope they fix this issue soon. It's not that much fun not being able to shop or gift or basically do any of the things we always do on the game... I have a Contest up and I'm hoping it's fixed before I announce the winner. For now I'm gonna go to bed and hope it's fixed by tomorrow. Jess, Yo is broken cannot send gifts or buy anything. I cannot buy the dollar deal for Yocash and coins either and it is ending in 6 hours! Please have someone let me get that Yocash and coins, my payment method is on record. Thank you.

New animated windows only animate in edit mode. Animation stops when room is saved.

Hi all! Is anyone else having issues with the Festive animated window that was offered yesterday for the Victorian Christmas theme? The animation works during editing but promptly stops after I save the room. The window cost to much Yocash not to work and this is one of the many issues with animated/interactive items I have in various homes and from various themes. Maybe the developers think it's ok for items to not work after awhile or even out the gate but I don't spend my money to purchase premium items for them to not work. Fix the bugs and stop with the excuses. :grr[color=#400040][/color]

Hey Annalisa, and everyone else posting above regarding the window animation. This is a glitch that hopefully should be fixed on Monday. They are very quick to fix things like that and would be done in minutes if it happened during work days. Obviously, they weren't expecting this error to happen but they'll sort it out I'm sure.

I purchased the new animated snowy windows...........When I'm in editing mode they are animated but once I save, they do not animate.............(No falling snow) Please Help!! Thank you <3 :wailing:

I have been unable to go to any events as I can not scroll, meaning I am unable to see the far right side of the events to be able to scroll.. yes I have cleared my cache,, yes I have reduced the size of my font to 75 percent, it does not matter what I do. It has not fixed my problem.

Have you tried going full-screen mode and try? (Just to determine if it's window/screen scaling issue)
Do you see the native window scroll bar on the far right?
Do you experience the same issue on the Yo App?
