Having trouble with YoWorld? Reporting Bugs - PLEASE READ

I see a giant cut cake but the page just says loading. It's been like that for 10 minutes or more but YoWorld isn't opening up.
I hope the issue is fixed because Yo is the only reason I go into fb.

I was cheated out of twonpurchases of 27.00 plus tax. One didn't go through. so I STUPIDLY purchased another, andnI got neither of the purchases. I never have problems with purcahasing Yo Cash & cons, so I didn't screenshot the purchases. However, i can find the purchases on my discover card. Will I be reumnursed? I;d rather get my cash & coins.
Where do I send the proof that I made te purchases?
I will send the proof and I hope you will reply.

Some of my buddies, like my brother, just gone. When my friends and family send gifts, they don't appear in my inbox, for more than a week now. The only gifts I receive, are the gifts I'm sending out and returned. Why is YoWorld always full of bugs????

Since 1 week the game is very slow!! And it crashes constantly, please check, and hopefully you have an update, win10 is disappearing.

For the last couple of days I have not been able to access YoWorld thru the desktop app. It just comes up as a white screen. I would delete and try and reinstall but I no longer have the download on my Yoworld page. Is there another way to get the extras you get when you log on thru the app.?
This just started since FB changed the way you access games thru them.
