Having trouble with YoWorld? Reporting Bugs - PLEASE READ

I am having problems getting into the YoWorld App.
I try to open the App and it opens Yoworld in the browser to log me in but Yoworld will not open for me in Google Chrome. I have tried to reopen the App after closing it and I've tried refreshing it but it always opens Yoworld in the browser.. with out logging me in to use the App.. I have accepted cookies from Yoworld always. At present I am logged in to the forums which personally I would figure that I could open any Yoworld game ( browser / App) and be logged in since I am logged into the forums automatically but that is not the case.. I do not like to play the game in the browser its bad enough that I have to collect hotdogs on FB but I want to be able to use the APP to play YoWorld on.. Can you please fix it so that I can log into the APP to play YoWorld ... thank you .. I am having to use Microsoft Edge to get logged into the game it is the only browser that I can get Yoworld to open in..

Hi is there any other way of getting yo coins apart from buying them. Yes I know we have the videos but they are not reliable even now they not giving rewards when they meant to so missing out on a lot especially when competitions are on need more ways of earning them.

I am having problems staying connected to the server when I am decorating. The new YW app just lags so much and sometimes the cursor doesnt activate the buttons so I am constantly having to refresh. Not a fan.

Whenever I try logging into YoWorld's desktop website, then I keep receiving the following error message, "FB is not defined."

What does this error message mean?

Any suggestions on how to resolve this computer issue?

I cannot play YoWorld since yesterday because both website and facebook is forever loading to me. I don't know what to do.

None of the fixes you have listed here have helped me. I cannot get the new server to link my FB account. All I get when I try to enter the game is a request to create a new character. I HAVE submitted a ticket and have had no response or assistance from BVG. It is so frustrating not been able to play the game properly. Since the new server went on line I have not got the daily log in bonus nor have I been able to watch the ads. I've also tried emailing BVG with my player ID but again nothing! I really do feel like BVG have stopped caring about their players!!!

for me this is a bug.. I had added my email address for free amzon yoxcash .. I understand it alot of ticket..
yet i havent recieved anything yet. i check my email even spam.. this has been so long .. i think it was a fake event sure enough i added my email ppl got some yocash .. now the xmas stuff THAT IS ALL YOCASH .. AND STILL I HAVENT GOT ANY...
I AM ABOUT TO QUIT THIS GAME ..

I cannot log in to YW Desktop and on the app. It just keeps loading and the screen is grey.

Think I broke it... Have been decorating all day and I have been able to
layer my furniture with no problems. Now the box, to move items up or down
is no longer working. Can someone guide me in the right direction? Thanks

My layer issue that I posted about last night is only an issue when playing Yo from Facebook.
The Icon/Popup to layer furniture never shows up when i'm playing on Facebook, I have to
play from Yoworld.com if I need or want to decorate properly.

My other issue today, is that I am playing from Yoworld.com and the game continues to lose
connection every minute or two. I have closed all of my open pages. I have refreshed. I have
logged out and back in. Long story short lol. Nothing that I do helps. Send help.....

The Auctions have a lag in the My bidding thread so that it shows items are still up when they have already expired. Also letting bidding go on after the item says expired on the main Auction board.

The buy button isn't working. This happens every time new items are added. I'm just curious to know if anybody else has this issue.

Please reset the count on the free gifts to the mobiie app. It has been stuck at 5 or more for days and there are no request when I open it to send. It really is disturbing as I try to keep all request and it really bothers me. Also seems like this game really slows down the later in the evening with the lag becoming worse and having to reboot the game several times. Don't know much about computers but does the settings change after 9pm.

Having all types of trouble today, First no new Ads, second as I waited for a new Gem event it said 4 minutes and then right when it should have started a new it's instead just disappeared. Now when I was trying to do some decon changes some of the items refuse to move. Please get this fixed please.

I've been decorating a home and having a hard time having my layering of items save the way I changed it. It just goes back to the default layering when I save.
