I finally was able to purchase yo cash. However, facebook says I have two purchases and yet I only have one recorded. What happened to the other purchase?

The lagging issue is the biggest problem. It just took me 5 refresh into the game an hour and 10 minutes to do the gem event. Funny how you put stuff in the room to buy and that goes through even through you had to refresh and start over again. A problem that I have said something before on and nothing ever happens.. This game just takes and takes and never gives back.

I'm having the exact same issue. Tried several devices and still nothing. I've had a couple attempts where I was able to load the game, but as soon as I moved my avatar it disconnected and wanted me to refresh. I've tried several different browsers as well as the desktop app. Nothing seems to work. :eh: :?: Important to note: My devices are all fully up to date. I am running Windows 10 and 11 on two of the devices. MacOS seemed to work fine for a friend of mine. Maybe the issue is with Windows and Android devices? :idea: Either way, I hope this issue gets resolved soon. :sad:

anyone else experiencing desktop app on MAC logging out Facebook account? every 30 seconds I get "please log in?" how to fix this? thanks

Same happening to me. I have to keep logging in with my facebook account, I am in game 30 seconds and I get another log in to facebook pop up. It's happened like 10x so far. Cant check the log, Can't do the Gems. Hope they fix it quick.

It's not just the desk top app that the log in glitch occurs. I am experiencing it on facebook going into game that way as well. As soon as I log in to go do the gem quest I immediately need to sign back into facebook. I am on a mini mac desktop and I use safari as my browser. This did not happen last night or this morning.

March 20, 2022, I have a problem with the clothing gem challenge. I cannot choose between male and female avatar. The only button is Cancel. You need to reprogram this gem challenge.

BUTTERFLY KISSES EVENT - Not given the option to submit a comp entry today as selection option missing when selecting template avatar, thus unable to submit an entry. i know there is a lot going on in the world right now and it is not important, but i was in a chance to get all my silver tokens thus landing the big prize. plus the loss of my red gems. i have raised a bug report and issued the screen shot, just wondered if anyone else had this issue, and can i reclaim my gems as simply not my error. thanks... OMG love this game...

The Gem Event has now been fixed, please clear your cache and refresh your game if you are not seeing the fixed entry pop up

today I am unable to exit the YoWorld App, I collected my bonus' and then went to sign out, so that my daughter could do hers, but it wont let me sign out of the app ...
this is very annoying as we use the app to collect our bonus' and me being the only one able to access the app means that my daughter will miss out on her bonus'.
I have uninstalled the app 4 or 5 times to try and reset it somehow, to no avail and have reported the issue.

Please let me know if anyone else is having this issue as its very annoying and causing problems in the household... :wailing: :wailing: :wailing:

ps I can sign in and out of the fb version of YoWorld
