YoWorld desktop still not working

Hello,
YoWorld desktop is still not working. All I get is a blank white screen. I have cleared the cache and restarted. I am unable to finish the challenge.

Same problem for me. I was able to access through Facebook, but you don't get the "30 day" calendar, which is the only way to get YoCash without paying for it.

I did the same thing and accessed it through FB. Yes, it's a bummer we can't get to the 30 day calendar.

I can't get in either. The desk top apps don't work at all for me. Started this morning. We aren't able to get the 30 day reward. I can get in though Facebook so I can still play the game. Thank goodness

Is it possible to get an update here? I will send a ticket tomorrow if it continues. Thank you so much!

I clicked on the link they provided to fix this all it did was take me to the new page ..I do NOT want the new page put the download back on the old format so we can get the calendar..we should have a choice and my choice is NOT the new page..I used the link on my tower computer and WHAT a mistake that was it totally deleted my old format and my YO..and brought me to the new format..I want my old format back...DO NOT click on those links they are providing because IT IS NOT a fix...so pissed right now..HOW do I get this new format off my computer I DO NOT WANT this one..and it deleted my old icon and old format now I have this ugly page..I DO NOT WANT..I want my old FB Yo page back..does anyone know how to fix this ..those links just deletes the old format and puts the new one in it's place...sneaky if you ask me ...

It astounds me that i see nothing in this thread, from bvg, with any indication that they are working on it or even aware of it.

I cannot get in using Desktop App either. Looking at the Discussions Topics, it sounds like BVG has no intentions of fixing the problem. It makes me mad because the 30-day calendar does not pop up when using Facebook to log in. No more daily free coins, prizes, and most importantly YoCash. If it is not fixed, at least it will no longer be a big deal if I miss logging in for a day or 2.

I'm having the same issue with my desktop. As mentioned by another player, I'm a little concerned that there has been no reply from BVG in response to this ... I hope they are working on resolving this problem. I'm not at all happy with having to go through Facebook to play. Thank you.

Same here. I tried downloading something they had - it took me to a migration page. That was a disaster. It would Never recognize my email, user name or password. What a mess this is. Can't play on facebook it is so slow. Please BVG fix this.

Annalia .. what browser are you using to play through Facebook? I'm using Microsoft Edge and still able to get into YO.. but of course, the calendar is only available using the desktop app.

The solution would seem simple to me... if BVG made that calendar available using a browser and going in through f/b.. seems like the easiest fix.

And if, as someone mentioned, bvg has no intention of fixing this.. how wrong is that?! to me, it feels like they care less and less about their players .. now they remind me of Zynga

I face the same problem...can't access YoWorld from the desktop app. Even though can still access YoWorld from Facebook but missing out on the daily reward. Please fix it ASAP!

Same thing , All i get is a blank page for yo desktop, If I loose everything there I wont be a happy camper and I see Vikings hasnt said a word about it nor when its going to be fixed

With the old desktop app my YO was pretty fast. Now after I FINALLY got the new one, (took me ages to migrate my email) It is slower than even playing thru' FB. I just don't understand this. I wish BVG would stop all the improving and focus on the game play part. I can't even buy new stuff or walk around unless I have GOBS of time. Lots of good new houses, clothes & items do, when we can't play the game like we use to.
