No cash or HH Mama bear after purchase

I've just purchased the 40 Yo Cash and HH Mama bear but although the payment has gone through I haven't received either the cash or the HH.

Same problem ...I bought the $9.99 deal and it charged my card and no Mama and baby bear or yocash !!!!
