Ice Fairy NPC 01 EFE2023 is Manic!

There is something wrong with the prize: Ice Fairy NPC 01 EFE2023 It's in constant panic mode and flickers with a yellow light encompassing it constantly.

Thank goodness, I thought it was just me. She is almost seizure inducing
