Hey Peppermint, sorry to read that you have not received the cancer hair as yet.
The difficulty you have is that the Vikings will need a screenshot of your receipt / email confirmation of your donation before they can process your ticket.
Have you tried to take a screenshot with the camera on your phone?. You could do it that way and then email that picture to the Player Support Team using
[email protected] and include in your email the ticket ID which you will have received in your previous reports.
If not, you may need to access your email on another device that is able to take a screenshot and provide that to the team so that you can get your hair.
