Why can you not fix the gift giving? Why is something always messed up! You fix one thing and mess up another everytime.

I cannot send gifts again. It's been days since it stopped working. In that time 1 day it did allow me to send gifts & then the next day it quit letting me send any gifts again. Please help!!

It seems they fixed the facebook friend issue for a day or 2 now something new is happening whenever a facebook friend is selected and hit send the whole game disappears. I have to restart the the game from desk top and deselect any facebook friend in order to send gifts. this is crazy!

I've tried to send gifts this morning and got a message saying I needed to download an App from the Microsoft Store, when I clicked OK YoWorld shut down. This is crazy!

My sending gifts was fine till Friday night. Now all of sudden it goes out of game when sending and game shuts down completely. Can't send any at all now. What is causing this new problem. I heard everyone was having problems but mine was fine until now. Gee they jinxed me. Now I can't send any gifts too. Come on I sent you ticket -- fix it guys. Please! At least put one of your pink notice boxes above game letting everyone know its broken and your working on it tyvm. Fix it ASAP

exactly the same here , my gifting has bin fine friday morning then gifting and laggin and friendlist was ttally messed up , seriously BVG wtf are you guys doing , why even bring us html5 when the sh....t isnt working as it should , there is always something wrong why can you at least tell us why

i love this game but i most be honest , the last 4 months i bin ready to close it down cancel my monthly vip membership and disapear from yoworld
only thing holding me back is the awesome friends i met here since 2008 , there are still a few left from way back we still kick it in game but we all agree that you bvg guys mess it up to much atm... its sad but true

I removed facebook friends from the batch list and that seemed to solve the issue.

I've been going on regular facebook page and playing yoworld that way, and the gifting works for me, it doesn't work on the downloaded game.

Totally agree. Always something not working. Messing up a very nice game. As soon as I want to send gifts game closes down and an app for Google Play Store pops up. Since when do we have to send gifts through Google Play Store??????

Well I see BBG has screwed up the desktop app AGAIN. Can't send gifts without crashing for several days now.

i had to use a browser and the desktop ap to get mine done i think its fb causing this not. always happens after issues

for about 6 days i could not send gifts, then it worked for a few days but now when i try to send gifts i get completely thrown out of game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for 3 weeks going on 4 that i cant send gifts and i only get approx. 150 where i usually got 600/day.... the 'log in every day' gift is gone..... the little challenge that was just added last week is gone and reverted back to the previous one that we've all finished last year....does anyone from big viking actually come here to read these issues and try to deal with them?... it appears as though someone tried to 'reset' the game which is why some items that we click on daily are gone.... i'll add that im using the desktop application on my computer..not my phone...and im sick of hearing that its the fault of facebook and that they are working on it..just get it fixed.. 4 weeks without gifting is ridiculous.. previous years i've put a ton off money into playing this game so dont anyone try to say its a free game, what do you expect.........i expect this to be fixed.... SOON

I found that the only way to send gifts to everyone without removing your FB friends each time is to not use the app but to go into FB and go to YoWorld through there. That's the only reason I go into FB anymore. I go in send gifts then log out and load the app. Hopefully FB will resolve this issue but until then Good Luck!

Thank you so much for sharing this! Why the Vikings aren't posting this fix at the top of every page and in the game, I have no idea! It would save so much time for all of us.

When are you going to fix this gift sending issue ? Every time i go to send gifts it kicks me right out of the game . Please fix it soon.
