Game doesn't load anymore

I hear you Haven.....I just kept trying after the "Ctrl-Alt-Delete" until I got in. But having said that, a few years back I was not able to get in for over 6 months....until 'something' they did and just like that I was back in......so never give up hope!

Today I have been getting in either on the first or second try.....until just now and it took 3 attempts to get in. But once in, most things are OK.....

I've tried so many times that I'm beyond annoyed! I'm ready to quite the game and delete completely! HEAR THAT YOWORLD? I'm over this issue!

Wow..............last night was BAD....got in on the SEVENTH attempt......but just now broke all records.....TEN unsuccessful attempts and got in on the ELEVENTH try......LIKE WTF!!!

Still struggling to get in here....it took 8 attempts tonight after getting in relatively easy early on......no rhyme or reason!

My game either loads to 80% then nothing ..Does anyone know whats being done to fix this problem.. does anyone answer these forums?? Yesterday was my yoville anniversary.. couldn't log on still cant log on ...

This is CRAZY......this afternoon I got in on my FIFTH attempt.....tonight I got in on my SECOND attempt

Wow...........got in first time this morning.......so with hope abounding, I tried to come in just now.....yeah, no, I got in on the SEVENTH attempt.......YO.............SERIOUSLY.......ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS???????

This evening I got on at the SECOND attempt. Everything seemed normal, over half way through getting my ads, it said we are out of ads.....huh? So I had to reboot to get back in to get my ads. Yeah, I just got in on the SEVENTH attempt, and......still NO ADS.....WTF YO!!
Now I have to do it all over again..........maybe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried again late last night.....got in after 2 attempts.....but still no ads.....
This morning I got in FIRST try, and my ads were there......this makes no sense YO.......I am grateful, but perplexed

Well, I got in at the second attempt and noticed on start up the Yo picture had a red HMDL5 badge/crest beside it? So I'm thinking.....hmmmm maybe they are working on it.....but when I got in.....yup.....no ads.....wow.....

Had to reload to get back in (for the ads) it only took me EIGHT tries to get back.....but the ads were there and so was the welcome YOWORLD (HTML5) picture....

WOOHOO..........I broke my all time record.....FIFTEEN ATTEMPTS to get in here 15-15-15 ..................but do you know what the kicker is? NO ADS.....yup, NO ADS......so I have to go back out and do it all again with the hope that my ads will be there when/if I get back in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pshaw........15 is nothing now!!
I got in 1st time tonight......but no ads.......so I went out and came back in first try......still no ads.....OK, one last chance, I gave up after TWENYFOUR ATTEMPTS............did some other stuff and just tried again....in 1st try.....yup....no ads!!
I am going to watch a movie...............

Well, I sent them a 'ticket' and the response was:

Recently we have launched an update for our Desktop App players! If you are experiencing any issues with logging, loading, or overall performance issues, this is because we recently updated our Desktop App and you may need to refresh your YoWorld client!

To download or update, please follow these steps below:
1. Within the YoWorld browser, click Download & Download YoWorld from the above game (Image)
2. Click "Okay" on the "Thank You" prompt (Desktop App Downloads)
3. Click on the downloaded YoWorld Desktop App to install
4. Refresh, and you will be on the latest update

If this does not work, you may need to do a hard reset to your YoWorld application.
Please be sure that you uninstall your current copy of YoWorld to prevent any issues with how your YoWorld will perform. You can usually undownload a program by locating your start menu on your computer and searching 'Add or Remove a Program' for windows users.

I did the steps and it seems to be OK, but still slow.......although I did get in 1st time.....I hope this helps people?

So I came back a couple of hours later......and it took me THREE attempts to get in and the good news is my ads were there however, the bad news was after 2 ads it said there were no more ads
So I am moving on to "If this does not work" part as listed above.....

Well, I went to Programs and Features.....Un-install or Change Programs....found YOWORLD and Uninstalled it and re-downloaded YOWORLD .....got in first time and my ads were there Will check in later and update

Checking in.....I got in straight away just now and all SEEMS normal......for now
