Can't play the game with the new system!! The lagging is horrible. Haven't visited neighbors in days. Getting ready to give up the game.

Before giving up totally, I'm hoping there will be a fix. So many people are having problems.

Admins are probably tired of reading these comments, but I have the same problem, and add that I can't get into Gem contest and have lost the ability to cut and paste (irritating when in auctions). I haven't played as long as these other good people, but it seems I have problems every time you make "up-grades" to the game. :?: :grr :wailing:

This is ridiculous that it's been over a week & nothing has been fixed!!!! I've paid money to play this game & now, it's all been wasted. I've messaged, posted, email, complained countless times & to add insult to injury, YoWorld JUST TODAY puts a little note up saying they've had complaints that there are "minor issues"!!! MINOR?????? These issues keep us from playing this game!! If it isn't going to be fixed, I'd suggest YoWorld should refund any monies we, as players, have spent on this game that is now unplayable. It would only be fair.

My complaint is that we just got my niece "opted-out" from the HTML5 testing and now, YW to put my game into this nightmarish hell!!!!!! :grr :grr :grr :grr :grr :grr

FIX ALL OF IT & DON'T EVEN THINK OF PASSING THIS GAME OFF TO ALL THE PLAYERS THIS WAY!!!!

In addition to everyone else's loading issues and vanishing items, I would like to add my PET DOG, who goes with me everywhere-- because I paid for him to do this-- disappeared from the screen! He went into my house with me, and now HIS NAME TAG IS ALL THAT FOLLOWS ME AROUND!!!! Oh, and just to piss me off a little more.......if I click on his name, I can make his name-tag "speak"...... obviously, since the dog is NOT THERE, I cannot tell you for a fact that he will sit or lie down, if I click on those options!!!!!

Come on!!!!! I DO NOT WANT TO BE IN THIS TRIAL EITHER!! I work with computers and this is NOT acceptable. OPT ME OUT!!!! And, if you ever fix the game to where it is actually "playable" again, then of course, I'll be fine with you changing it. UNTIL THEN......... I want OUT. Sorry for yelling, but you don't seem to hear when people type quietly! :grr

How do we talk to them about this? The links they provide to let them know the issues just lead me to the general menu here.
I just logged in and they had an update saying that the desktop app would fix these issues. I've BEEN using the desktop app for months now. The past 3 or 4 days I cannot play this game. The lag is horrible and all I do is freeze up or lag forever before I can make another move in the game. And all I can do is barely get my dailies. And then I'm out again.
I have YoCash sitting there I bought and can't use and I'm bummed because I love this game. It's the only game I play and have been since Fall of 2008 on MySpace. But, their update today really upset me because they are saying if you use the desktop app it's all good. Well, it's not. It lags and freezes up. Even freezes up my computer.

I'm gonna wait for a while longer, but if this is the game now and they think this is fixed with using the app I am out. Sorry to sound like a child, but I am not paying money if I get nothing back.

Couldn't agree more. I love playing this game, but now it's nearly impossible. I am extremely disappointed and wish I can find a way to play this game. HTML5 has been a nightmare for many. :sad: :grr

I think it was a big boo-boo to stop flash, now gaming has become a nightmare, i just finished decorating a room when i hit purchase to save it the game just crashed, i sure don't feel like doing it again, it will have to wait, very frustrating :( and i am an african american but my skin is always white on my avatar when i make a post here wth ? lol

Hi, there was a reason Flash was taken away and it had nothing to do with games. Some of us had noticed something going on in our country. Those well hidden behind the curtains so-to-speak but who are actually running the country into the ground (oops, I might get in trouble) didn't like this and forced it to be taken down for all who used it. When ya have mega bucks you can pretty much do anything you want, sad to say. I wish I could say what I really want to but we are no longer free to do so. I do agree the loss of Flash was a big deal.
The same has happened to me (& more than once too) after spending a lot of time decorating, it's so aggravating.

At first I thought you meant you intentionally changed your color, my brain is sometimes slow to catch on. I'm guessing you already tried changing it.
I hope someone has an answer for you.
