New version Issues

Good Morning. All works well in the new format except for when I switch locations my pet avatar disappears. The name is there but she is not

Nothing is making me more angry than this new version of the game. The game just crashed and then I go back only to find the way I had my avatar all nicely dressed naked. I am so upset. Why is Big Viking not having people to fix this game? Why? Can't they hire people who know what they are doing? This is getting ridiculous. I have hung in here countless times with all of these issues but when will this insanity end?
