Gifts won't load

my envelope opens up just fine, but my gifts won't load....... WHY?????

everyday it some thing wlse is wrong in the game my gifts do not open been asking to fix my adds i get one add if that somedays has no issue when buying yo cash works just fine not happy so sick of issue i have with this game ugh ,heip fix my issue thanks i guess .

i am having the same issue.. i play every day sometimes twice a day every day for 10yrs...(my heart still loves this game.) However, since i realized i am not receiving all the 'gifts' it has made me play less from disappointment. i hope it gets fixed THANK YOU very much
