Fix it already!

I've played Yo since 2009 and NEVER has it been as messed up as now. I can't get into the bedroom in the Swiss Chalet, sometimes I can't decorate - my room goes charcoal gray with no floor or walls or other features. Sometimes I click and click on something and it doesn't work .... Is it just me, or what? Maybe it's because I can't spend real money on the game anymore? I've tried on my Mac and on my HP and it's always something not working right. At this point, I log in, send out gift chests, collect gift chests, open the gift chests, and get off because there's not much else to do.

You and I have the exact problem. The graphics are messed up!! When I try to go to the Realtor, Factory, no arrow to go into the factory to work. There are no gaining rewards there. I can't decorate as anything in any of my homes doesn't show up. Can only gift and open gifts.

I am having issues as well. What irritates me is that they keep bringing new items out. Are they really even fixing anything? I mean there have even been issues that thousands of players have complained about going back three years and still nothing is being done about those. I think they need to fix the desktop app and other issues before they bring anything else out. The issues must be fixed or BVG is going to keep losing more players. When Zynga was running the game, it had 500k+ daily players, now I am pretty sure there aren't even 30k playing daily. With all this said, I do agree with the sentiment and title of the initial comment, "Fix it already!."

I've only seen 1 thing fixed that I complained about but nothing else and there seems to be more problems occurring now, I still cannot go from one room to the other with either the teleports that already come in the house and the ones we can add. NOW I'm stuck in one room and cannot get out of it to go outside or to the other rooms to finish decorating AND you cannot change to a new home and make that home the main home to work on because it won't save it.

my problems are different. I pay 17.00 a month to be a vip member and get $20.00 a week yocash plus the extra gift at the end of the month. for 6 weeks now and 3 notices to Big Viking, I haven't received any bonus money. after sending out the email i get the standard reply that i'm in a que, don't reply to the email bla bla bla. If its not fixed by the end of the month i'm dropping my membership. why continually pay them when I don't get what I pay for AND am ignored. I even tried to give them time because of Covid. I would at least expect a reply saying they are still going to look at it or something. not just be totally ignored!! I w3ant to know what is going on!

Seriously so unhappy. I was on Yoworld and now I just had the game crash. So much is wrong with this new version and it is just not working for us. When will Big Viking wake up and smell the coffee? I know everyone is tired of this.

i know i had problems going into my bathrooms in my drysden estate and getting into my garage at my goths house but when i was able to go into my garage in my goth house and into my bathrooms at my drysden estate i was happy i was able to go into them but then when i try to go into my garage at my goths house it said loading but then froze and i was not able to go into them i thought they had fixed it where i was able to go into that room i guess i was wrong they half fixed it and then let it freeze again
so i cant go into my garage i dont know why

I've submitted at least 4 reports and only auto-replies. Will any of us who've played this game receive any help from BVG? There is no point to spend any more money until things can be looked into. I am thinking some issues have to do with the February windows updates possibly. Who knows for sure. Been playing a dozen years hard to believe there is absolutely no response.

i still cant get into my garage at my 1st goth house i was able satruday night but sunday night and last night i still couldnt get into my garage i can now moved some things but i weirdly i cant get into my garage just please fix that problem and keep it fixed please and thank you i need to keep putting some stuff in my garage

I still do not have my items back in my homes, magical herb planters are not things I can replace. PLEASE HELP BVG!!!!!

Still can not go to REALTOR to buy anything. Occasionally can get into Factory after reloading game several times but, not always.
