Trouble playing game

Hey there, long time player here...and ever since this update my friend (MonaLisa)) can't play. The desktop version doesn't work on her IMac (it doesn't work on mine either) and it seems we need to get a new IMac to play, which we can't do at this time. I'm lucky to have just bought a new PC Laptop so I am able to play.

She used to play it on her phone with the Puffin browser, but now since this update she can't play.

Any advice for us?
