Piggy-Bank Issue, and Community Tab issue.

I cannot purchase the 11 yocash I have earned in my piggy bank when paying by phone...the transaction is not completing or sending anything to my phone. This is annoying as I purchase yocash via my phone also, so won't be able to do that either.I have earned the 11 yocash by spending and buying yocash, now I cannot buy the 11 I am due. I also cannot complain on here through the community tab on my loading page, I have had to hijack this forum link from someone's post on facebook so I could come here to report the two issues.
