Desktop App Issue

:wailing: I am yes so upset because I log in and receive the calendar and daily bonus only to be cheated out of the usual free bonus for using the desktop app. :heartbroken:

I want to inform you, BVG Vikings, that the Desktop App is not working properly. I have been having a terrible time using it. Most of the time, I am getting an all-white screen. I sincerely hope you plan to compensate VIP players for our loss of playing time(s) since our funds help fuel your game.

The desktop app works fine on my computer , but its yoworld who is messed up today .. loading takes forever , going from room to room is not gonna happen i loose connection when i try , so yea yoworld is not working as it should be .. please fix it BVG

I have been using the desktop app since it first became available and have never had a problem with it. Today, I can't play at all, which naturally, messes with the calendars. Please let us know what is going on! Right now, it loads just like the early years of YoVille with Zynga 74%...74%...!!

hemos tenido problemas desde hace dos días hoy pude entrar pero fue breve, esta muy lento si usa desde facebook, :eh:
por otro lado...la Gameroom era una de las mejores opciones que se podia tener, a saber cuanto tiempo va durar esa actualización.

EXACTLY same as yoville did when zynga owned the game loading stops at 74 or 77% and when i get in after 10 times trying i cant leave my home without stand still and loading and loading and loading :grr BVG get ya butt's to work and fix this ty ...

I too have only used the desk top app. and the notice that just came out stated that there would be no change (or interruption) to my usage. Well......you are wrong. Like someone said above.....server gets to 74% and sits there!!
NOT HAPPY about this.......so get it FIXED..........NOW!!!

I'm having trouble getting the desktop app to open on my laptop and the mobile app won't open for me either. The last time the mobile app loaded for me was about 12:30 am. I was able to get Yo to load on my laptop long enough to get my stuff done for today, but it froze up and I haven't been able to get back in since about 6 pm. Please BVG, get our games working again!

Me too ... Can't get on the Mobile App, can't get on the desktop one. Stops at 74% and sits. Guess I'll try again tomorrow. But it would be nice if we did get some compensation for the trouble.

My game wont load past 74% either on the desktop version. Hopefully they get it working soon. :'(

desktop app does not work on my old pc 32 bits but it's fine on my laptop 64 bits
