yoworld mobile companion stuck at loading screen

The mobile app was working earlier today around noon time to 1pm EST then when I tried around 2:30pm EST it sits at the screen saying its connected to Facebook and does not go past that. I've shut my phone down and restarted and it still isn't working and I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that didn't work either.

This problem has been going on off and on for several days and has interrupted many of us! I have not been able to complete quests for several days because of it!!
