missing items & non saved decorated rooms.

decorated rooms are not being save after decorating & items bought & placed in room are not saved or can't be found in inventory.

I've had items disappear, entire rooms full disappear even after saving.
I've also found people in my rooms when I go into the EDIT and the only time I find these strangers in them.
I can no longer buy cash. + I've been charged by FB not long ago for who knows what as they wouldn't tell me. They kept giving me links that didn't work. I even showed them the results.
I got that taken off but I believe there's something much worse going on and FB isn't saying.I may have to get an attorney.

I had a problem when decorating rooms. Whenever I decorate and saving it after the game crashes and saying that I should refresh. I already fix my browser and still not working even I use the desktop app. Still today, I can't decorate my rooms. Please fix it.
