Hey again everyone! As it turns out, we were able to sort out a fix with Facebook much sooner than we'd anticipated. Brass Frames should be working as normal again!
Please note that you may have to remove the YoWorld app from Facebook in order to force the permissions prompt. Check your Frames first, but if they don't work, please follow the steps below:
- • In a browser, find the YoWorld app in Facebook's left-hand menu. Hover your mouse cursor over it and click the three dots that appear.
• Click 'Remove App' and confirm that you would like to remove it (this will not affect your account data!)
• Log out of Facebook, then back in.
• Navigate to https://apps.facebook.com/playyoworld (in a browser, or in the Desktop App or Gameroom)
• Confirm your permissions. If a permissions window does not appear, navigate to a Brass Frame and try to add a photo to it!

Hey YoFans!
Some of you have been reporting that your Brass Frames have not been working correctly. Normally when this happens, it is because Facebook has changed the path through which YoWorld accesses your photos - but unfortunately, our usual fixes for that particular issue haven't worked this time.
After some investigation, we've found that Facebook is not recognizing when you give YoWorld permission to access your photos. We're working with Facebook to find a resolution to this issue.
It may be some time before a fix is found, so we'll be updating this thread with any news or more information we receive. Thank you for all of your patience and understanding in the meantime!
