Did you clear your computer cache? Did you sent in a ticket through the HELP tab in game? Did you receive an automated response? :eh:

Yes I have cleared the catch a couple times on both computers. I have sent 2 tickets and a couple emails. They keep telling me to clear my catch :( I told them I did. They say they are having no problems. But Lotus PLUSH had the same problem at the same time mine started and they fixed hers.

Getting kicked by the game and when I get on and try to change rooms it just loads. What stupid thing are you changing or trying to ad now? The new store and my stuff thing stinks. Ever since you changed these things the video ads either play and no reward or don't play at all which was nice for you since you offered 3x's the coins this past weekend.I lost out on many of them because of the video ads being down.

I don't know why I bother reporting on here because you don't even pay attention.

I emailed and got and email back saying report to get a ticket number which i all ready had.

You don't care at all about your loyal game players because you do nothing to fix the problem.

I've cleared my cache' and cookies over and over still nothing works.

Now you get on and can't go anywhere cause it kicks you.

switch rooms get kicked

and if we don't do the gem challenge because the site is down we lose it

if we can't check in on calendar we have to pay to catch up

and we get nothing for all the trouble we go through

they make no compensation to the players.

not surprised though they don't show that they care about what is going on anyway

no buddy list

such crap everyday with these bugs.

the more you change and add the worse it gets so tired of it

Here it is 7:35 and they still haven't fixed the issues.

You can change rooms/houses/ locations 3-4 times and the the game kicks you

Takes forever to change from place to place

Buddy list not loading

Nice how they messed up the game with the latest updates done this morning

Almost 10pm

suppose to be maintenance but the problem still happening

It's been all day of being kicked from game can't do anything
no buddy list
can't change rooms still

they you get that message that can't connect to server and to check the settings that you haven't changed because

YOU WERE JUST ON THE GAME AND THEY KICKED YOU!!!!!

FIX THE DAMN PROBLEM ALL READY

Can't login to the app, mobile app, or via Facebook...So tomorrow, when or if this is fixed, I'll be expected to pay for the privilege of 'missing' a day. Thanks a lot, BVG. Yes, there's a message saying the team is on it...but this has been going on for days....

And yet again they shut down the site to update and yet again the messed it up.
Being kicked every hour what fun
Telling me I changed setting which is funny since I was on the game
I love how they make it our fault because they have no idea what they are doing
with all these stupid updates that aren't needed.




FIX THE PROBLEMS AND PLEASE STOP MAKING NEW ONES!!!!!

SENT I 2 EMAILS AND OF COURSE HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM

and when it can't connect to server you of course can't use the help button to email
them because they have no idea what they are doing


CAN YOU STOP PLAYING AROUND AND JUST PUT THE GAME BACK TO WHAT IT WAS
THE UPDATES AND ADDS AREN'T MAKING IT ANY BETTER TO PLAY ALL IT'S DOING
IS PREVENTING US FROM PLAYING

Yeah. I'll chime in. Sent tickets, cleared caches, rebooted, yada, yadda, yadda...Friday fix-it sez everything's fixed. Meanwhile, we're still losing connection with the servers, and then today, I can't even switch a wallpaper. For the last mont, you Can't get on to get login bonuses, can't complete transactions at sales, then you look like a jerk for leaving a seller hanging when you get booted by a server loss...which gets you blocked by said seller...sometimes you can't even get on long enough to send a ticket...but we got a pair of sandals, tote bag and a flower headband...Woot!

I CANNOT DECORATE! I CLICK ON THE WALLPAPER AND FLOORING I WANT, I CLICK ON SAVE, BUT IT DOES NOT CHANGE! THIS IS GOING ON FOR AT LEAST A WEEK THAT I KNOW OF WEEK.

ALSO, I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW DECORATING EDITOR. I KEEP CHANGING IT BACK TO THE OLD WAY, BUT WHEN I SIGN BACK IN, IT'S BACK TO THE NEW WAY!

For over the last week I've been held hostage by one of several 'surveys' that pop up instead of ads.

Extremely rarely I get the option to 'report' and I do every time. The vast majority of the time the surveys just pop up repeatedly for hours at a time. I can sometimes play a couple ads around the 8pm turnover time....enough to get closer to the $1 cash reward. I do not wish to participate in the survey because I've read the privacy policy for the company posting the surveys and it does nothing to protect OUR privacy - just states that they assume the right to gather a bunch of info about us including our email so that they can contact us at will, and can track any of our activity or the activity of anyone who uses our computer. There is absolutely NO legitimate reason they need that kind of information. The questions may be goofy and seem harmless (do you like video games or use dry shampoo) but they are really setting up surveillance of our online activity! And nowhere does it assure anyone that they aren't selling our privacy to other 3rd party scammers and spammers! BVG needs to protect player privacy.

Someone set up another thread about this and Viking Sarah said she'd pass the info along. I also set up a thread, but didn't get any Viking response. I've sent in tickets, and instead of reading my tickets, someone just wrote a response to a different question/problem. I don't understand why a reward system is set up and then BVG ignores players that can't participate!

I'd much rather THIS be fixed than many of the other new glitches caused by 'changes' that aren't even improvements!

Gee sent a ticket and told them what i do when i get kicked and guess what they said clear cache , cookies and browers which is what i told them I do and what happens today? I GOT KICKED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
