It has been over a month now, every time I attempt to talk in YoWorld, I have a hard time. I start to type and everything slows down then gets stuck. I have to keep pressing enter to get things to move along. Sometimes it takes several minutes for a sentence to go out. After that I can't move around, or leave the room. I have to completely log out of everything and start over from the beginning.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me solve this problem.
It is very frustrating not being able to talk.

I know this is said all the time, but did you try clearing your cache? If that doesn't work, try sending in a ticket and see if they can resolve the problem for you. Good luck Debb :rose:

Well I'm going to tell story ther long ago I was yo married to a guy ho said his acct had been taken and he filed everything aainst Vikings and bvg he had said went by name [removed] btw and then he told someone his pw and fb acct and they took his whole game he said he lost everything in it ok I wa framed for it and I'm gussing it was proven that I was innocent as I truly was had no clue of any of this going on in game at all well it was proven that a [removed] had been doing it and I was told then he had been banned by Vikings for life of it well now that [removed] is back and is going by name [removed] now so could Vikings please exsplain this to me as I am so lost I only play the game to relax and chill nothing more but so many want to ruin it for you cant they really take ones account on here at all and control what they want seriously prove to me they cant? SOMEONE HELP VIKINGS PLEASE??????? My trust has went to none n it is costing me my friends .........HELP!!!!!!!! :?: :grr

The Vikings won't answer or do anything here on the forum. Also, calling out someone by their names is against the TOS here. All you can do is either email them or send in a ticket through the game and go from there.

I think something is wrong with my lock code. It asks for it nearly EVERY time I log in. It's getting to be a hassle I almost wanna take it off now. Why is this happening??

Check your lock code settings. There are 3 security levels. Maybe that could be it? I get asked every time I log in and go to AH, etc and I have it set at level 2.

YoPass Installation Guide

To enable YoPass on your account, follow this guide:

  1. Click the Settings above the game.

  2. Navigate to Account Settings.

  3. Scroll down to YoPass and click "Enable".

  4. Note down your link code, then use the links to head to the app store on your device (or do it on your phone manually)

  5. Download the app.

  6. Open the App.

  7. Tap "Enter Link Code"

  8. Enter the link code from back in step 3.

  9. Enter your security code from the app into the box on the Settings > Account Settings tab.

  10. You are now protected by YoPass. Every 7 days or every time your browser information changes, you will be asked to enter your security code from your phone/tablet.

Reminder: If you are selling or formatting your phone/tablet, make sure you disable YoPass on the Settings > Account Settings tab FIRST, or you will have to contact us to remove it. In order for our support team to remove the extra security from your account, we will need to verify who you are, and it can take a little time.
