[UPDATE] HTML5 Fixes & Updates! (April 8th,2021)

Hey YoFans!

A new update is out today, and with updates comes bug fixes!

Beds, Window Scrolling, and More!

We have some big fixes for some very annoying bugs coming at you this week! The majority of the beds that were causing YoFans to get stuck and crash has now been fixed! YAY! As a heads up, you may still run into this issue with some beds BUT we have a secondary fix planned for the future. We really appreciate your patience with this one and thank you for all the info that was contributed to help with this investigation.

Another awesome fix... the blasted window scrolling while typing issue has been resolved! You will now be able to type without your window jumping around on you (YAYx2).

Grey Screens

As a reminder, if you are experiencing the grey screen issue, it has been reported that playing YoWorld on a browser can help make this issue occur less frequently. We are still investigating this, so if you have any information that could help us with this, please take a look at this thread!

Forced Refreshes/Disconnect

This is another top priority issue we are currently investigating! If you are experiencing this issue, please comment on this thread, and let us know what actions you are doing in-game when you encounter a forced refresh/disconnect.

I found all the forced rf and grey screen resolved when I started using Bing browser. Not sure why, but I have very little trouble now. I used to use the app but I couldnt even leave my home without forced rf, so now, Im back to browser. Hope this helps.

Using the FB app just now ...i still end up UNDER a bed with no way out except to RF or time out. I tried multiple beds in my different houses. Even clicking a chair doesn't get me out. My fix ...stay outta bed!!

my problem is its real slow but when i go in a room theres nothing in there and i have no eyes just eyes missing i have to wait till my eyes appear and everything in the room appears too

The trouble I am having is very slow loading when I put something into my inventory! Also when I want to lay down on a bed, I go under it and then I can't get out of room and have to load YoWorld again! Thanks

My problem all week has been that, within a few minutes of playing, all animation freezes and I am unable to do anything or go anywhere, no links work. This happens over and over no matter what I do. I play the downloaded version, but it also happens in Gameroom.

When will the copy and paste feature be fixed when you are leaving messages in the mailboxes in YoWorld

I'm one of the disconnect/refresh people, along with my son and daughter. What are we doing? Anything. If we stand still we're fine. It happens when we try to change clothes, decorate, or try to watch ads. I have discovered that if I decorate by putting out 2 items at a time and quickly save, it will work for a while. Same with clothes, but only if we know exactly what we're going for. It seems that the longer any of the pop-up windows or menus are open, the more it disconnects.

This is on an old, but up-to-date Toshiba, a year old HP, and a Chromebook. All are up-to-date. It doesn't matter if it's Google Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. Doesn't work on the incognito window either. The desktop app is actually the worst of the places to play from - it disconnects more than the others. I've even reloaded the desktop app a couple of times.

We haven't been able to play much for going onto a month now.
