HELP!!!

I have been trying for over a week to get into YoWorld. This new change has be locked out, meanwhile I am losing money and items on a daily basis! Can you please fix this problem? Ever since I was put on the HTML5, or whatever it is, I havent been able to get in. It locks me out and the game never loads. In the top of my screen is a visitor named Rainbow Gumdrop. I can only see the name bar and not the player. Boyfriend is having the same problem. It looks like there are 2 screens over each other. Can't click to go to help either. He cant get to this page at all. He cant log in! Please fix this problem. So we can get back to playing

Are you trying to get in via a web browser or the desktop app? If via browser, have you tried downloading the app? I am not having trouble, but I have seen other people say they were when using a browser but then it works when they use the desktop app. Whatever the case, I hope it gets resolved for you soon!

I am having the same issue and I sent an email this afternoon regarding it with a screenshot showing the Rainbow Gumdrops Avatar name. Here is the screenshot and you can clearly see it in the top left corner. This is how my room loads at times, completely empty and it's the only way you see that Avatar name in the room. Now I am having trouble with visit's . I cannot click the visitor's that are in my room at all.

I only use the Desktop App. and I am having a lot of issues with the HTML5 Version of the game.
