I would love to see a throwback theme. When BVG redesign old 08/09 costumes and furniture and release them as modernised versions. I made a thread about this a few weeks ago and it received 98% positive feedback from people who both own and don’t own the older items and as someone who does own them id love to see modernised yorothys, nature women’s, jungle man, performance stages, tiger rugs, etc.

I stressed in the thread that I created that the older items don’t work well with modern Yo outfits and rooms, so reimagined and modern versions of everything would be AMAZING! These would still of course be separate entities from the older items and allow them to keep their value as its a completely separate market.

I now officially HATE asking my buds to give me ideas for themes. All they do is ask for the same stuff they always do. LOL They don't like to go far from their comfort zones when it comes to their styles. I think you guys could do "normal" themes from now to infinity and they'd just keep buying them. But I weeded through our ideas to present you with a few options I thought were creative.

Thailand is one location we haven't been to. The architecture is unique and you could do a house with a private beach. It's going to be lush and tropical and people will complain its been done before, but so has just about everything.





We need a Hero/Villain theme. You could set it in a school environment and create characters. It would be high end cosplay. Think of the actions you could sell. The way you could light the school. The play off good and evil. I'd love to see you guys pop out some art in this genre. Create a fantastic training facility as a home. Make it a floating world? Go as gritty as you'd like.





Wildest West - It's time to play cowboy again. But think Westworld. We need robot cowboys....or at least I do. LOL

I posted this in the older thread but will do so again, because I don't think those have been actioned yet.

Could we get a Woodland Forest theme? This isn't exactly with fairies, sprites and mythical creatures but more of an earthy, whimsical theme.

It would be so awesome to have trees and a sky with this sort of shading and layering capability. Also, to have a river or stream that runs vertical or horizontal instead of diagonally. And a bright yellow background for sun as in photo 4.

Note: the fog would have a blue tint to it. To have trees we can layer with would be cool too. Some with visible branches and some, just so tall the leaves don't appear on the screen.








Can we get stars that can be placed in the sky? We seem to have clouds, a sun and moon, but no real stars.

Some can twinkle, some don't have to. Different sizes and shapes would be nice too.

I have another theme suggestion: Modern Boho. I pulled some inspiration from Prague. Apologies, this is a pretty comprehensive style board and it's long.

We have so many long hairs in the game, but this has a definite feathered, layered look to it and I can't think of a long hair I have that mimics it.





Hair accessories:
1. Hair ribbon

2. Add- on under hair braid that we can layer with other hairs. It would be cool if it had a ribbon or something running through it.


Makeup:
A more natural looking pink-red lip

There is a slight berry or pink sheen to this, but a natural lip- we don't really have a lot of those.

Blue and shimmer eyeshadow:

Nails:



Henna for hands- men or women. I was thinking this could be a nice alternative to nails for men.

covid/ pandemic inspired Medical theme.... I need NPCS with proper protective gear. Also NPC sitting in front of a zoom meeting screen.

A Labyrinth inspired theme... part midsummer goth/ part surrealist day dream, guyliner. Pair up that with some ... Never ending story elements and I think I might pass out.

Expand your Stranger Kids mini release... BVG has 3 seasons to really get creative without totally ripping off Stranger Things but we are good on creature costumes for this.

I would love to see a theme based on National Parks (US) and the Grand Canyon specifically. House can be a cabin or Yurt.

I would also love to see a new Emerald City. Would buy the fire out of that- there are other books that the inspiration could be taken from if needed and I may even post a theme board here if I can find some time today.

And, Rod's suggestion for Thailand is cool. Also, this Candlepunk (Medieval Futurism) theme Anthony is suggesting. I loved the solarpunk theme so much in last year's gem theme, I'd love to see another. But, please in the store this time.

Anthony, you have the best ideas.

Anything based on fairy tales or comics with villains and heroes/superheroes.

Also for those who want more adult items in the game, something like Rio carnival would be great with hot bodies (girls want more boobs lol) and crazy outfits.



Instead of standard house, there could be some connected street and beach scenes
