Are there Yoworld Items that looks like CC? [ANIME COSPLAY]

Hi! I wanted to do a cosplay of CC of the Anime called "Code Geass" If you know that anime, CC is the green haired lady accompanying lelouch (main char). I will be also attaching her look. I was wondering if there are yoworld items that can be made to look like here?

for the clothing - ill be wearing the straight jacket. but if you know a lot more better to use. please leave a comment.
for the hair - im still now sure if there is something that will look her a like. because theres not much green hair and theres no available green bangs :<
for the eyes - please recommend me a good " chinita" or small eyes (yellow or gold ones).
also for the handheld - i know there's nothing that will look like her plushie but please recommend me yellow hh ^.^

There is a yellow mutant plushy HW2016 handheld that is the same color and same hand as your reference photo though it looks quite different. I'd post a screenshot but I'm not on my laptop. I own one though.
