Lag and Disgruntled Customers, Lack of Viking Transparency

gonna kill this game. We would like to know if any of this is being address, IT IS NOT too much to ask.
and it is NOT too much to ask for a little acknowledgement that all these numerous threads of this issue, has NOT just been ignore.

when they dont know, they tend to run away. ive been saying for quite awhile.. lag might be the death of this game. i may be wrong but the point is they are not speaking. they keep going backwards. and its not even the weekend

they really seem to have pretty much gave up on the forum..

truth, when you cant even decor or dress because of lag, read some can't even make purchases or purchase Yocash/deals.
Borders on poor customer service.

A little acknowledgement that the issues are being looked into can go a long way.

Where are they, I took a break for a yr or 2 and came back and it's like there are no vikings and they don't really care.

I never listened to a podcast either. I'm like a hit or miss girl with this game.
If i'm board or like watching my kids do homework or something I log on.I started playing when my kids were all under the age of 10 so I was trapped and my mom got me to play :haha: :haha: :haha:

It does not.

I am furious. I spent a lot of money yesterday on the interactive and effects and none of it works. I still cannot change my clothes without a bunch of hassle and BigV has NOT responded to my posts or help tickets. Yet, as I said before, they have NO problem taking my money.
Are those of us who support them not worthy of a reply? I recognize they have an issue but I also consider this behavior rude.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other news I can provide right now, but as soon as I know more, I'll make sure you all know more as well.

This post of mine might be an unpopular post, but I need to tell you, Viking Andrew, that I have no issues at all, I mean no lag nor avatar-dressing/saving issue. On the contrary, YoWorld game loads faster on Safari after I upgraded my computer OS from Mojave to Catalina yesterday. This little piece of information might be something your team can take into account when examining the problems. Good luck addressing these problems. I hope you guys can sort it out soon and thanks for the update.

Edit: I have no issues with the desktop app either.
