I'm sure they will once it's time to choose finalists. I was shocked when I saw actual photos from google being pasted onto the template! If they cared to read the rules, they'd know that it needs to be your own original work. I get the excitement about submitting something for this design contest, but this isn't ok and, if I understand the rules correctly, they will be barred from entering design contests in the future. I'm not sure they realize this.

I don't like when they do that either. It's a boost to their Ego to get an item up in the ranks but It lacks creativity and authenticity. I didn't know that BVG disqualifies them but I would sure hope so.

Amen, I dont know how to use all the special tools in inkscape, so I draw all my entries by hand in the program, making them look a little rough. Thats why I almost always stick to single items.
