Anthony SpaceTime's ideas are genius. Solar Punk, Diesel Punk, Urban Fantasy, Retrowave, Magical Apocalyse, Technological Sea Utopia! All of these concepts are amazing and BVG should hire Anthony to curate these new themes immediately. :smug:

I also love Autumn Glory's suggestion of a National Parks of the World theme. I would love to see wild animals incorporated into the beautiful scenery.

Last but not least, Autumn Glory's Swamp Witch theme is delightfully spooky. I imagine slithering snakes and restless spirits, ominous drumbeats and eyes that glow in the dark. :night:

Okay, my turn! I would love to see a Native American pueblo/southwestern adobe theme. The home could be a hybrid of traditional and modern southwestern design.

For my clothing suggestions, I specifically chose designs created by Native American fashion designers. The difference between cultural appreciation and cultural appropriation is often a matter of perspective, but I do encourage the game designers to consult with a cultural sensitivity specialist before publishing any designs inspired by Native American culture. I want this theme to celebrate the Southwest and Native American art. I do not want anyone to feel disrespected.

I'm afraid I need this now.

I'm suggesting a three person crowd of people that show the back of heads, as in on-lookers, all of the people are looking forward, we need some that can sit in front of room showing back of heads ( on-lookers ). . :gift: :nerd:

Yea we get a lot of fantasy themes, but most of them almost exclusively take place on the "good side" of things. What about one that takes place almost exclusively on the dark side of it? No, this wouldn't be a Halloween theme, just making that clear. This theme deserves to take place at any other point of the year, just like the other light fantasy themes you host throughout the year.

Image

A dark forest perhaps? With a lake or access to the ocean. In the ocean, we see sirens, not mermaids, but sirens.
Image

And dark faries, and large bugs and creepy-crawlies?

Image

As for the forest itself. I am thinking thick trees, like large fat twisted trees just covered in moss! Maybe some glowing moss to, to show off some of the beauty that lies in the darkness of it all.

I really like how you think and the visuals you showed for inspiration are beautiful :phew: :)

House/Architecture
Imagine, the futuristic roaring 20s, the home for this theme could be set in a swanky penthouse overlooking a Decopunk Metropolis. A nice balcony, overlooking a gorgeous golden city would be lovely. Of course, there would be a lobby to the highrise and a train station right next door.

Furniture
For the furniture, least for the street portion, I envision many flying cars, in this style, of course;

Large metropolitan sculptures that look like this, and some of these don't have to be regular statues. Some could be holograms, some can float, light up, or have glowing components, etc;

I've always thought a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory theme would be cool. I know that candy was covered at Easter- but this would be different.

Chocolate/candy factory
Chocolate waterfall!!
Flying elevator
Candy outdoor d├ęcor and wallpaper
Boat and tunnel
Tv "wonkavision" that will shrink a YoPerson temporarily
Golden Goose and eggs
Old-timey Candy store
Golden tickets for daily login redemption
Late 60's- early 70's themed clothing

Also, an old school black & white theme would be kinda cool--- and I only read through like a page of suggestions but the Friends thing would be great! Add the orange couch, fountain, coffee shop and the yellow picture frame to that vision board. Also, the duck and Marcel the monkey. Add some crop top and maxi skirts--- how has YoVille not created maxi skirts and crop tops yet? A foozball table. We need some New York apartments with views and rooftop terraces... I've not seen these either.

Has there been a county fair theme, too? Rides, stuffed animals, spun sugar machine...

I really liked someone's idea (was it Kio?) about having a retro sci-fi theme. Why not explore this ideas well? Could have some elements of horror as well...

Alien Ocean
Just imagine, we were able to get off this planet, and encountered another world, covered 95% with water. You set up base camp just above the surface, to a beautiful scene like this one.
Image

You send submarines under the surface of the water to explore this massive ocean-world...
Image

And you get to witness all the creatures that live there...

Otherworldly Forest
You land on a forested planet, only yo learn that its forests are very different than the ones found back on earth, and it too has a world of its own. You can set up base camp, and cautiously, record data for everybody back home to learn more about this planet you've settled on.

Image

Eventually, you encounter some of the locals...

Image

And some of the scenery is just breath-taking.
