Hey YoFans!

The calendar may still say 2019, but here at YoWorld HQ, we're starting to look ahead at the next round of theme planning for the upcoming year. This new thread has been started to collect all of your suggestions for themes you'd like to see in the upcoming future.

(Don't worry! All of your other suggestions from previous theme threads are still safe with us! Your previously suggested ideas are not lost and you don't need to re-add them to this thread.)

When adding your suggestions below, don't forget to be thorough! Each theme in YoWorld contains many, many, many, many, many ....... items and content in it:

• Theme-related home or location with multiple rooms
• Costumes and Clothing (hairs, outfits, Yobers, handhelds, items, effects, etc.)
• Decor (pieces to fill each room in the house, interactive items, animated items, etc.)
• VIP-only releases
• Pets
• ... and more!

Thank you for making this thread, you were one step ahead of me, as I was about to ask you make another thread like this one!

Following the (hopefully) successful run of Cyberpunk, I am dearly hoping BVG could possibly other -punk themes, one of which I think would serve excellently in this game, Solarpunk. I figured since many players were fond of Bohemian items, why not Solarpunk? It's essentially bohemian with a dash of science fiction. It usually takes place in a diverse idealistic utopia, where everybody is equal. The architecture takes inspiration from Art Nouveau, and the clothing and fashion styles tend to be very colorful, drawing inspiration from multiple cultures. I think the best place to set this theme would be in a Botanical District. There are holograms, etc. I think a good color palette for this theme would primarily include the colors orange, green, gold, and blue among other earthly colors.

Decopunk Metropolis

House/Architecture
Imagine, the futuristic roaring 20s, the home for this theme could be set in a swanky penthouse overlooking a Decopunk Metropolis. A nice balcony, overlooking a gorgeous golden city would be lovely. Of course, there would be a lobby to the highrise and a train station right next door.






Furniture
For the furniture, least for the street portion, I envision many flying cars, in this style, of course;




Large metropolitan sculptures that look like this, and some of these don't have to be regular statues. Some could be holograms, some can float, light up, or have glowing components, etc;

Here are some things that might be good a disney theme and also maybe some more movie themes like harry potter, lotr, twilight, star wars, marvel, dc, titanic, gone with the wind, the outsiders, ninja turtles. on these themes put lots of things to buy with coins since yocash things are hard to get when you have no yocash.

Since there are a few movie/tv show suggestions in this thread, I'd like to suggest a modern day vampire theme based off of any/all of the following:

Lost Boys
Near Dark
True Blood
Interview with the Vampire (and sequel)

Settings could include, but not limited to:
Fangtasia (True Blood) - an after hours bar where humans and vampires hang out together
Hudson's Bluff/The Cave/Atlantis Hotel (Lost Boys) - a cave/sunken hotel the vampires call home
A house - where humans live/fend off vampires, preferably somewhat rural/outskirts of town
Front yard - in front of the house at night
Lonely country road at night - where humans inevitably run afoul of vampires

Items, decor, and HH's could include:
human and vampire NPC's
garlic
holy water
wooden stakes
1968 Toyota Land Cruiser equipped with giant wooden stake (animated or interactive)
bathtub filled with holy water (animated or interactive with vampire being pushed in)
spaghetti dinner
stolen cars/van with foil-covered windows, driven by vampires
vampire NPC's hanging upside-down, sleeping, like bats (animated or interactive that possibly wakes up and attacks)
mirror (animated or interactive)

Pets:
Alaskan Malamute dog named Nanook
White German Shepherd dog named Thorn

A combination of settings/items that are taken from all the above-mentioned movies and used together to create a theme should work fine together.

I did not include pictures due to not wanting to overload the thread, but these movies/show are all well-known and images easily found. I can provide images if need be.

Retrowave
This theme focuses on the hyper-nostalgia of the 80s and 90s. It relies heavily on aesthetic and can be quite conceptual. The house for this theme can be an 80s-styled in-door or out-door mall with white floor tiles, and palm tree displays (if you decide to make it an outdoor mall, please make it at night, lol).

Points of interest in the Mall; A Cafe, a Vinyl Shop, a TV/Radio/VHS shop, a Music/Band store, an arcade, and a video game store.

Setting
First, I'll be throwing in some images to serve as inspiration for the mall itself;







And perhaps, within the mall, there could be a car display? Similar to the ones displayed in the below images. Or perhaps they can be featured in the Mall's parking lot? If the mall does, in fact, get a parking lot... please make it at night.



Cafe
Here are two images as to what the cafe could look like.



TV, Radio, and VHS Shop
The outside of this store could have a sign that looks similar to this one, but would obviously read something more that encompasses the other products the store offers. The window display on the outside would be lined with old boxy television sets with antennas and glitchy screens.


Arcade
Lots of retro looking game stations, flashing lights, glowing screens, etc.





Fashion
You cannot have this theme without these shades;





And try incorporating these patterns into the theme in any way!



And posters or wall art that feature patterns like these!

YoWorld Apocalypse

Setting:
YoWorld in a dystopian future

Locations:
Various buildings from the YoWorld map that have become rundown and overgrown with encroaching nature, vines, etcetera. These locations would include Alton Towers, the Furniture store, YoDepot, the factory, and possibly others. There could also be a rundown/overgrown version of a popular house currently in the realtor's office. There could also be a fallout shelter, hospital and/or government building.

The reason for the apocalypse could be anything from an impact event, zombies, aliens, disease, catastrohic natural events, technology, etcetera. There could even be items relating to any/several/all of these various scenarios giving players the option of selecting the scenario(s) of their choice.

Pets:
a dog (possibly a border collie, jack russell terrier, or german shepherd, or why not a dachshund?)
a horse

Items, decor, and HH's could include:
NPC's of both friendly and unfriendly/rogue humans
zombie NPC's
scientist NPC's
alien NPC's
space craft (animated or interactive)
barrels of radioactive material
a tiger escaped from a defunct zoo (animated or interactive)
decontamination suits
ragged end-of-world clothing
futuristic, but rather worn out, clothing

A decorators corner full of Trees, Roots, Arches Roof tiles of all sizes shapes and colours, Turrets, Bricks Walls, Pillars as tall as a FS page Overlays to fit Fs pages Completely blank FS pages in White Black Green Blue. Water tiles that layer together seamlessly dark and light. Not all of us want themes we just need the items to create.

Facial features section eye bags, wrinkles, shadows, realistic looking eyes, thin face shape, Bald heads with no shadow
